Qualifications

• Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying or equivalent experience.
• Membership of RICS, ICES or similar (or working towards).
• Experience in civil engineering contracting is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit applications for payment and final accounts.
• Ensure timely receipt of payments aligned with contract terms.
• Manage subcontractor procurement and final accounts.
