A leading water infrastructure company in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor. You'll manage subcontractors, produce cost forecasts, and monitor site resources. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Quantity Surveying and strong commercial awareness. As our Senior Quantity Surveyor you'll be responsible for effective procurement and management of subcontractors, from agreement of terms and conditions, risk attribution and scope through to Final Account. Value and margin maximisation.
Producing CVRs, AFP's and Cost Forecasts.
You’ll monitor staff, material, plant and other resources on site. Administering the bespoke Principal Contract containing, among others, elements of NEC and I Chem E Burgundy Book. Work closely with the operational teams.
