Qualifications

We're looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor (Chartered or working towards Chartered status) to join our team, with a clear pathway to Associate/Partner level. Previous Cost Consultancy experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead on cost planning from feasibility through detailed design (RIBA stages).
• Provide pre-contract advice on procurement, risk, value engineering, and tendering.
• Prepare tender and contract documents; evaluate tenders.
• Deliver post-contract services: valuations, progress payments, variations, cost reporting, and final accounts.
• Manage budgets and provide commercial advice to clients.
• Mentor graduates and support team development.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Work across diverse sectors including industrial, residential, commercial, and bank monitoring.

Skills & Experience:

• RICS-accredited degree.
• Chartered status (MRICS) or working towards it.
