A growing high end residential contractor based in the heart of London is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to take the commercial lead across a portfolio of beautifully detailed projects.

This is a key hire for the business - you'll be managing 4-5 live schemes at a time, shaping the commercial function, and helping to drive the company's continued growth.

With a turnover of around £8m and an ambitious plan to double in size over the coming years, this is an opportunity to make a real impact - with a clear progression route to Commercial Director and potential equity on offer further down the line.

🔨 The Projects

• Luxury residential and boutique mixed‑use developments across London
• Projects ranging from £500k to £5m in value
• A mix of refurbishments, new builds, and bespoke fit outs
• Working under both Traditional and Design & Build contracts
• Growing portfolio including hotel refurbishments and mixed‑use schemes
