Senior Quantity Surveyor - Groundworks - Essex
We're on the lookout for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with a passion for delivering groundworks projects to join a dynamic team.
Overseeing the commercial and contractual aspects of civil engineering projects, particularly focused on highways and infrastructure.
Preparing, reviewing, and managing cost plans, valuations, and variations.
Collaborating closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure financial efficiency across the lifecycle of each project.
Ensuring compliance with contract terms, risk management, and procurement strategies.
Experience in quantity surveying, with a strong focus on Groundworks and Commercial buildings
Proven track record of managing budgets and delivering complex infrastructure projects on time and within budget.
Strong knowledge of NEC or similar forms of contract.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field (MRICS preferred but not essential).
Work with a forward-thinking and collaborative team on landmark infrastructure projects.
