Job summary

A leading automotive component manufacturer based in Weston-super-Mare is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer. In this hands-on role, you will maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with manufacturing standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality engineering, with skills in 8D problem solving and root cause analysis. Qualifications

Senior Quality Engineer

Location: Weston-Super-Mare

Salary: Up to £40,000 + excellent benefits

We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established automotive manufacturer that supplies components to several major vehicle brands. The company has a strong reputation for engineering quality and continuous improvement, and they’re now looking for a Senior Quality Engineer to join their team.

  • 9‑day working fortnight (every other Friday off)
  • Competitive salary up to £40,000
  • Enhanced sick pay (13 weeks full, 13 weeks half pay)

  • Factory shutdowns in August (2 weeks) and December (1 week)
