Senior Quality Engineer - Glamorgan (Hybrid) - up to £47,000 + Relocation + Benefits - Ref 1987

I am currently recruiting for a Senior Quality Engineer to work for a cutting‑edge technology company based in Glamorgan, but on a hybrid basis if applicable. Salary up to £47र्पैन + Relocation + Benefits.

The organisation has been in operation for many years and is a worldwide leader within the design, development, and manufacture of highly intelligent products. As a business, it turns over north of £85m, employs 500 people, and is constantly evolving its legacy products as well as designing and developing new innovative products to bring to market.

In line with demand for its products and to support the business with its growth plans, the company needs to appoint a Senior Quality Engineer on a permanent basis.

In this role, you will lead a team of four engineers while also remaining hands‑on, ensuring that the quality of the products meets or exceeds the expected standards and conforms to necessary requirements. You will complete all APQP tasks, which include PPAPs, D/PFքային's, Control Plans, Capability Studies, FAIRS, DMAICs, and CAPA's. As a senior member, you will also liaise with senior stakeholders in other departments and participate in meetings primarily with R&D and Projects.

Essential Requirements

• Previous experience as a Quality Engineer or similar
• Previous experience leading or managing other people
• Previous experience liaising with and managing other departments’ expectations
• Previous experience with APQP, PPAPs, D/PFMEA's, Control Plans, Capability Studies, FAIRS, DMAICs and CAPA's
