• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor on refurbishment projects.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of all commercial activity on site.
• Work in partnership with the PM and senior leadership team.
• Oversee valuations, subcontractor accounts, and cost reporting.
• Contribute to the successful delivery of a complex refurbishment.
