Qualifications

• A proven Quantity Surveyor with commercial experience in refurbishment projects, ideally within the social housing sector.
• Strong understanding of cost management and sub-contractor procurement.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile cost/value reports & profit forecasts.
• Manage day-to-day cost control & monitoring & reporting.
• Process Sub contractor requests for payment via application & invoice.
• On-boarding of Sub contractors/suppliers.
