Responsibilities
  • Produce materials with the explanation of the propositions, products and sales support, such as ppt presentations, one-pagers, case studies, among others
  • Interact with the product managers to fully understand dunnhumby products details
  • Build relationships with consulting teams and market teams to develop global best practice content, capture information and training needs
  • Make sure markets have all the documentation they need to offer, sell and deliver the propositions. Manage the content regarding propositions, ensuring its all up to date
  • Support training plans – potentially running training sessions – providing all information the markets need to include propositions in their workplans
  • Support the Sales process, answering questions from client teams to make sure the right information is being shared with clients and prospects
Qualifications
  • Degree or equivalent in marketing or business, with a minimum of 7 years experience in the following:
  • Retail (grocery/FMCG, pharmacy, fashion, other)
  • Loyalty and/or personalisation – technology, products, services, offers, marketing, or consulting
  • Ideally experience in CRM, Commercial approach
  • Strong communicator who can work with commercial and technical teams from different countries and cultures, at different levels of the business
  • Strong written communication skills, to produce comprehensive documents and presentations for different audiences and needs
  • Strong presentation skills, online and in-person
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail
  • A team player, who works well with colleagues as well as independently in a hybrid work setting
