Overview

A dynamic international law firm is seeking a Senior Proposal and Pursuit Executive to join their London office. This role sits within the central proposals and pursuits team, helping work on the firm’s most important global RFPs.

Responsibilities

• Helping support the Proposal Managers on large, complex RFPs.
• Ensuring all proposal opportunities are tracked within the firm’s CRM system.
• Editing, drafting, formatting and producing RfP response documents utilising both standard content text tailored as appropriate to the opportunity, whilst also drafting some content from scratch.
• Project managing and delivering on some end-to-end RfP opportunities, ensuring the firm’s best practice processes are followed throughout.
• Preparing client reports as part of the client engagement process.
• Collaboration with cross-sector teams to utilise skillsets and drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working within a legal / professional services environment.
• Proven experience in project-managing complex RfPs.
• Excellent attention to detail, grammar and proofreading skills.
• Strong IT literacy.
