Job title: Senior Property Litigation Solicitor
Location: Reading
Salary: £62,000-£75,000+
PQE Level: 2-5 PQE
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-time

The Role

You\'ll be involved in a wide range of contentious property matters, including:

  • Commercial landlord and tenant disputes
  • Property-related insolvency
  • Contractual disputes and construction litigation
  • Advisory work across complex real estate issues
  • The team acts for a varied and high-profile client base, including national retailers, leisure operators, institutional landlords, developers, local authorities, and public sector bodies—offering exposure to both challenging and rewarding work.
The Candidate
  • We\'re seeking a solicitor with:
  • Strong file management and client-handling skills
  • Some experience in property litigation or a clear interest in developing in this area
  • A proactive, collaborative approach and enthusiasm for contentious work
