We are hiring for a Senior Pensions Projects Administrator based in Redhill, Leeds, or Welwyn. You will work within a team to provide high-quality service to our clients, including global companies. Your responsibilities include advanced calculations and administration of complex schemes (DB and/or DC), mentoring junior staff, and engaging in continuous professional development.

You will handle a variety of clients with pension arrangements from straightforward to complex, working on diverse projects that expose you to all aspects of pensions administration, utilizing automated and manual processes. Our flexible, hybrid working model supports your success.

The Role
  • Ensure delivery standards and performance targets are met, monitoring team performance and escalating issues as needed.
  • Review and guide junior colleagues' work to meet quality and output targets.
  • Perform complex pension calculations, data entry, and query resolution across various schemes.
  • Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring high standards of work.
  • Create and test automation tools and documentation for DB and DC schemes.
  • Assist with large mailing projects and data quality exercises, proposing solutions for data issues.
  • Maintain client relationships and serve as a key contact for designated projects.
  • Act as an escalation point for technical issues and complaints.
  • Identify and implement service improvements, including process automation and efficiency enhancements.
  • Mentor and support junior team members to foster team development.
