Job description

Taylor Stevenson are proud to be working with a thriving fire protection company who are looking for a Senior Projects Coordinator to join their team based in Ollerton.

Responsibilities
  • Lead suppression projects, including design, cost estimation, stock ordering, scheduling, and invoicing.
  • Ensure projects and designs are delivered to a high standard while maintaining excellent customer service.
  • Review and report department performance metrics.
  • Negotiate prices, delivery terms, and specifications with customers, suppliers, and sub-contractors.
  • Work closely with the service team & sub-contractors to efficiently schedule engineers and monitor project progress.
  • Conduct site visits, audits, and client meetings, providing surveys and support when necessary.
  • Select and manage suppliers/sub-contractors, regularly reviewing their quality, delivery performance, and pricing.
  • Provide technical guidance and support training for engineers to maintain industry standards.
  • Identify and escalate customer complaints to the Commercial Director and ensure they are accurately recorded on the internal complaints register, ensuring they are resolved satisfactorily.
  • Actively contribute to evolving the team\'s processes to meet the changing needs of the business.
  • Liaise with service, install and estimating departments to gain best utilisation of labour.
  • Develop customer relationships. Take care of customer concerns or complaints quickly and professionally.
  • Support company operations where required.

Salary

Salary: £28-£32k dependant on experience
