Overview

Project Manager / Project Director — RC Frame & Groundwork Packages in Wembley and Paddington. Salary £90,000 - £110,000 plus benefits (PAYE or Self-Employed).

Opportunity

With projects secured, the business is recruiting two Senior Project Managers / Project Directors for schemes in Wembley and Paddington. Projects include RC frames, groundwork, and basement works with packages of £20m+ (up to £50m). As the lead on your project you will oversee programme and budget, develop client relationships, and plan and execute multi-million-pound groundwork and RC frame packages.

Responsibilities

• Lead on projects from start to finish, managing programme, budget, procurement, and on-site coordination.
• Develop and maintain client relationships; ensure smooth communication with stakeholders.
• Plan, organise, and execute works involved in multi-million-pound RC frame and groundwork packages, including basement works.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and drive value to deliver projects to time and budget.

Qualifications

• Degree qualification in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 5-10+ years of progression from site engineer to project management, with a strong concrete frame construction background.
• Experience with RC frames and groundwork subcontractors in the UK; experience from main contract or development backgrounds may not be considered.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, and Asta PowerProject for planning/programming.
