The Role

Project Manager - Industrial Development

London (Hybrid: 4 days office/site, 1 day WFH)

Madison Berkeley is delighted to be partnering with a leading real estate developer and investment manager to appoint a Project Manager to join their London team. The business has an exceptional track record in delivering high-quality industrial schemes across the UK and Europe, with a strong pipeline of projects at various stages of development.

The Role
  • Support development colleagues on all construction and technical aspects of acquisitions.
  • Lead on project delivery from site acquisition through to completion (RIBA 1-7).
  • Coordinate external consultants to secure planning and technical consents.
  • Prepare tender documentation and oversee procurement.
  • Administer construction contracts and manage agreements with occupiers and partners.
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with sustainability goals.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience managing new-build industrial developments.
  • Strong understanding of the development process and construction methods.
  • MRICS (or similar professional qualification) preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead external consultants and contractors while collaborating with internal teams.
