Job summary

A leading asset management firm is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee lifecycle planning and project development across a diverse portfolio of facilities. You will be responsible for developing 5-year lifecycle programmes, collaborating with estimators, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in maintenance planning, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and must hold, or be eligible for, security clearance.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in planning and pricing maintenance and lifecycle programmes.
• Background in Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) services preferred.
• Must hold or be eligible to obtain security clearance.

Salary : £50,000 - £60,000 DOE

Hours : 37.5 per week

What You'll Do :

• Develop and maintain 5-year lifecycle programmes, ensuring accurate pricing and justification for future works.
• Prepare detailed project briefs and collaborate with estimators to secure costings for planned works.
• Review condition surveys and maintenance reports to create scopes of work and project estimates.
• Package survey findings into efficient project plans to minimise disruption and improve delivery.
• Support tendering and procurement processes, including RFQs and RFTs.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and quality standards throughout project planning and execution.

What We're Looking For :

• Minimum HNC / HND or equivalent in a relevant discipline, plus membership of a recognised technical body.
• Proven track record in planning and pricing maintenance and lifecycle programmes. Background in M&E services preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, ability to drive improvement and manage risk effectively.
• Must hold or be eligible to obtain security clearance.
• Full UK valid driving licence required.
