Overview

Our client, a global agricultural company, is embarking on a major transformation at their Huddersfield site, and needs an experienced leader to take the reins.

This senior role will drive change across three critical areas:

  • Products & Assets
  • Service & Infrastructure
  • Organisational Structure

You’ll establish and oversee the PMO, manage stakeholder engagement at the highest levels, and lead the delivery of a complex programme with lasting impact.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Proven success in transformation & restructuring projects
  • Strong PMO governance and financial management skills
  • The ability to influence, negotiate, and lead through change
  • Demonstrated experience in workforce restructuring projects, including significant headcount reductions & reset
  • Supporting the preparation for formal consultation processes with trade unions and employee representatives
  • Experience developing and implementing project governance frameworks to ensure delivery against timescales and budgets
  • Exceptional communication & stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to navigate challenging situations
  • Deep understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
