We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and has successfully delivered complex client-facing projects for software providers or FinTech vendors. If you are passionate about delivering cutting-edge cloud migrations software upgrades and implementations and possess impeccable leadership stakeholder management and project delivery skills we would love to hear from you!

What will the role involve

• Leading and delivering large-scale high-impact technology projects across cloud migrations software upgrades and implementations
• Working autonomously with external clients to scope plan and deliver solutions that meet their business needs as well as collaborating with and influencing talented internal teams and stakeholders to drive success
• Owning and managing risks budgets and timelines whilst continually seeking opportunities to improve the commercial position of projects
• Influencing joint steering committees ensuring alignment and effective decision-making
• Working in an innovative and solutions-focused environment to enable seamless project execution
• Responsible for identifying opportunities to improve our project management craft competency coupled with the influencing and delivery skills to ensure successful execution and adoption
• Potentially the leadership and delivery of bespoke internal or external technical work packages or projects

Qualifications :

What are we looking for

• Extensive experience in autonomously delivering complex external client projects in a supplier/vendor environment
• Proven experience in project management and delivery underpinned by a formal project management certification (PMP PRINCE 2)
• Knowledge of cloud migrations software upgrades and implementations
• Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Ideally financial services or regulatory environment experience
