Overview

A leading consultancy in Suffolk is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to manage and deliver high-value projects across healthcare, commercial and residential sectors. This position is suitable for a confident Senior Project Manager who is client-focused and able to lead projects from inception through to completion. The successful Senior Project Manager will join a growing and collaborative team, managing multiple schemes while mentoring junior colleagues. You will be key in driving successful outcomes and strengthening client relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of projects from the earliest stages through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
  • Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary teams; act as the key point of contact for clients; provide expert advice throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Oversee procurement, contracts, financial management, and risk management; guide and mentor junior colleagues.
  • Lead high-profile projects and contribute to shaping how consultancy services are delivered.
Qualifications
  • Chartered (MRICS, MCIOB or MAPM) strongly preferred.
  • Degree in construction or project management.
  • Minimum of 5 years' consultancy experience.
