We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager, to be based in London or Manchester on a full-time basis, reporting into the Head of Section.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and manage project scope, develop project charter, and plan deliverables, times, costs, and resources.
  • Manage, monitor, and report progress against the project plan, ensuring consistent and transparent communication to Management and Executive Leadership.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders and act as the key point of contact for the IAM Team.
  • Identify issues and risks, analyze options, and manage impacts to mitigate delays, taking appropriate action to keep the project on track, leveraging support from stakeholders and management as needed.
  • Manage changes to project scope, budget, and schedule.
  • Establish effective project communication, stakeholder engagement, and reporting mechanisms.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to find solutions and ensure end-to-end implementation.
  • Perform risk management to minimize potential risks and their negative impacts.
  • Ensure adherence to Munich Re's project management standards.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
  • Multiple years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in IT-related project management, ideally in IAM or IT Security domains.
  • Knowledge of IAM systems and technologies.
  • Strong leadership, communication, structuring, and facilitation skills.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills, with the ability to consider IT risk and security.
  • Ability to work effectively across global entities and cultures.
