A recruitment firm in Kingswinford is looking for an experienced project manager to oversee the project lifecycle for physical product development. The role involves tracking progress, managing risks, and supporting stakeholders. A flexible salary around £80k p/a and various benefits, including a profit share and extensive holiday, are offered. As our project portfolio grows, we are adding to our team and are looking for an experienced project manager to control project process and timelines across all areas of new product, commercial and operational development.
The project manager is ultimately responsible for the delivery of products into the market on time and in full to the agreed scope. They will co-ordinate all functions across all elements of the project delivery lifecycle. The daily role of the project manager will be to track progress against the gateway process, identify and remove roadblocks for the team and ensure the continuous flow of relevant information for all stakeholders. As a senior project leader, they will take responsibility for developing an effective project management team and improving the project development process and available tools.
It is essential that candidates have experience of project management for the product development lifecycle of physical (manufactured) products. Digital only project management experience is not a good match for this role.
