A leading finance company is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their FlexiPay & Cards team. This role focuses on leading projects for their FlexiPay and Credit Card products, enhancing governance, and improving processes to better serve small and medium businesses. The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of project management experience, preferably in financial services or fintech, and strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders effectively. A hybrid work option is available.
We are looking for a commercially-minded and detail-oriented Senior Project Manager to join our FlexiPay & Cards team. While your primary focus will be on our FlexiPay and Credit Card products, you will work with teams across the business to achieve key strategic delivery and change objectives and develop the risk and controls framework within our function.
This is a key role where you will have the autonomy to lead projects, challenge the status quo and enhance current processes in order to directly shape and scale FlexiPay and Credit Cards into core products for Funding Circle, products that thousands of small and medium businesses rely on a daily basis to bridge their short term capital requirements.
