Senior Project Manager

Copello working with a leading defence and organisation based near High Wycombe, who are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of high-value, technically complex development programmes.

You will be working on major programmes involving the design, development, integration, and delivery of advanced systems, supporting critical defence and secure communications applications. The successful candidate will join an established and high-performing project delivery function, playing a key role in ensuring projects are executed in line with customer expectations, engineering compliance requirements, and wider business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the successful end-to-end delivery of multi-phase projects from concept and design through to development, verification, and final customer delivery.

Act as the primary interface between internal engineering teams, suppliers, manufacturing, and external customers.

Ensure delivery of projects to agreed scope, cost, schedule, and quality commitments.
