Senior Project Manager - M25 Junction Project

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of our high‑profile M25 Junction project. This is a key leadership role within a major infrastructure programme, responsible for driving operational performance, commercial outcomes, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project & Delivery Management
    • Lead and oversee all project deliverables to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery.
    • Manage day‑to‑day project operations with strong planning, progress tracking, and governance.
  • Leadership & Team Management
    • Lead and support the Operations team to maintain high levels of performance and collaboration.
    • Foster a positive, safe, and high‑performing working environment.
  • Commercial, Contractual & Financial Management
    • Ensure accurate resource planning and financial forecasting across all phases of the project.
    • Maintain contractual compliance and support commercial management in partnership with Quantity Surveyors.
    • Monitor budget performance and ensure effective cost control and value generation.
  • Client & Stakeholder Engagement
    • Manage client expectations through proactive, transparent communication.
    • Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Risk Management
    • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimise impacts on programme, cost, and safety.
    • Promote strong risk‑reduction processes across the project team.
About You
  • Demonstrable experience delivering major highways projects, ideally within the strategic road network or similar complex environments.
  • Proven capability in managing multidisciplinary teams on large infrastructure schemes.
  • Strong commercial awareness and a solid understanding of contract management.
