With projects from £30k fit-outs to £100M landmark builds across Residential, Healthcare, Education and Commercial sectors, they offer big variety, real responsibility and serious career progression.

The Opportunity

Join the Exeter team and take charge of delivering major projects across Devon & Cornwall. You’ll be the driving force behind successful delivery — leading teams, managing clients and keeping everything on track.

Responsibilities
  • Leading and coordinating project teams
  • Driving programmes, budgets and performance
  • Reporting progress, risks and actions to clients and management
  • Producing due diligence, cost reports, site assessments and construction reports
  • Managing design development and approvals through all stages
  • Running contractor review meetings to keep quality, progress and H&S on point
  • Preparing scopes, tenders, BoQs and project documentation
  • Overseeing contractors and inspecting works to completion
  • Supporting budgeting, financials, fees and aged debt
  • Keeping project systems tight and compliant
  • Monitoring sub-consultants and signing off payments
  • Delivering first‑class communication at every stage
The Ideal Candidate
  • A relevant technical qualification
  • 3+ years delivering construction projects (multi‑site experience a bonus)
  • Strong technical, reporting and documentation skills
  • Confident client‑facing ability and relationship‑building finesse
  • Solid understanding of civils, M&E and construction processes
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • A proactive, organised, commercially aware approachA positive, collaborative, “let’s get it done” mindset
