We have an opportunity to join a nationwide construction consultancy who are looking for a Senior Project Manager within their city centre Edinburgh office. The successful candidate will join their dynamic and highly successful team to work on a wide range of exciting projects throughout Scotland.

The successful candidate will have a unique opportunity to work with, but not limited to, Commercial, Education, Student Accommodation, Mixed Use, Local Authority and Residential projects.

Requirements of the Senior Project Manager

• Previous experience within a construction consultancy is essential
• MRICS/MCIOB/MAPM Accredited
• Strong business acumen
• Pre-contract experience would be beneficial
• Full Driving License
• Solid technical delivery experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A comprehensive knowledge of NEC3 and 4 building contracts.
