A housing association in Chatham is seeking a Project Manager to manage a team delivering Planned Maintenance and Improvement Works. The role includes contract administration, ensuring compliance with legislation, and overseeing quality standards. Ideal candidates will have a degree or extensive experience in a similar role, strong management skills, and budget oversight capabilities.
You'll manage a team of project managers delivering Planned Maintenance and Improvement Works to our properties. There is a focus on external repairs and the following works:
You will have oversight of all contracts within the Planned Investment function, ensuring that programmes delivered by your team are to appropriate legislative, compliance and quality standards. Additionally, you' ull have contract administration duties including specification preparation, undertaking surveys and inspections to our stock to assist in future planning of the planned maintenance and improvement programmes. Your role and scope of works will be influenced by the needs of the Investment team, a key part of the wider Asset Management Team. A DBS check is required for this role.
