Position

We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to help us manage a major retail client and create multichannel food content (Web, Social, CRM, Print) to engage and inspire hard‑working families. You need experience working in a fast‑changing environment with excellent organisational and client management skills. You'll be the linchpin between clients and our internal creative, editorial, and production teams, ensuring outstanding content across Social, CRM, Digital, and Print.

Essential Requirements
  • Experience in project management : Managing the full lifecycle of content projects from initial kick‑off and briefing to final QA and delivery.
  • Experience in client services (or equivalent) managing complex, fast‑moving client accounts.
  • Stakeholder Management : Proven ability to manage projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Content Creation Expertise : Essential experience and a clear understanding of the process of creating content that people actively engage with.
  • Strategic Balance : Ability to effectively manage and balance business and customer requirements to ensure content is both effective and engaging.
Desirable Requirements
  • Platform Experience : Demonstrable experience of driving engagement and business results with content on social media (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and via CRM).
  • Data Utilisation : Experience using data and analytics to improve, develop, and optimise content streams and strategies.
  • Industry Knowledge : Previous experience working within the food and / or retail sectors.
  • Content production : Experience of the video development pathway and how to shape the process and inputs to drive optimal results.
