Overview
Provide PMO function for the Chorus Process Automation business, working collaboratively across EMEA, APAC and North America to support the delivery of client projects and continuous improvement of internal business processes.
Responsibilities
- Execute and initiate activities to report on resource utilisation and efficiency, working closely with the Chorus Professional Services delivery team and Client Relationship Managers to support optimal resource utilisation and project completion.
- Work directly and regularly with Chorus Project Managers, SMEs and technical teams, as well as other project stakeholders, helping to ensure projects are effectively managed, resourced and billing and revenue activities are completed accurately and timely.
- Maintain and update existing Chorus Professional Services reporting on a weekly and monthly basis as required.
- Perform administration of the Microsoft Project Web App project management tool and the EMEA and APAC Chorus professional services portfolio within Workday.
- Govern and monitor Chorus professional services project related documentation.
- Ownership of Statement of Work process, management of documents through this process, including content review, interaction with Legal, account managers and clients to ensure timely completion and signoff.
- Tracking and monitoring of the process with Legal, encompassing all requests for new contracts, addenda, agreements with partners and clients.
Qualifications
- Previous experience of supporting portfolios and projects.
- Previous experience in resource prioritisation and management.
- Preparing and managing project plans in MS Project and compiling reports in Excel.
- Development of reporting tools and views.
- Excellent planning, organisational, and coaching skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Innovative and proactive approach to change.
- Able to work collaboratively in challenging situations.
