A leading electricity distribution company is seeking Project Engineers for its Major Projects Maintenance team in the East Midlands. Candidates will manage the 132kV network, ensuring reliability and safety while completing various maintenance and construction tasks. Strong candidates will demonstrate expertise in protection systems and have relevant qualifications like City & Guilds and HNC. The role requires a valid driving licence and entails occasional standby duties.

Qualifications

• Practical knowledge of protection and control systems.
• Experience working in a Distribution Network Operator (DNO).
• Self-motivated and adaptable with high levels of autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Manage and control projects related to plant, overhead and underground systems.
• Ensure compliance with CDM 2015 regulations.
• Maintain and repair the 132 / 33 / 11kV network.
