As a Project Controls Service Specialist, you will:
  • Lead a fast‑paced Delivery PMO team working across multiple complex programmes of work, reporting directly into Senior Leadership.
  • Support successful delivery as part of the project management office for large scale, high‑complexity programmes.
  • Use data analytics to uncover actionable insights and inform programme strategy via relevant tools (e.g. Power BI).
  • Own and manage end‑to‑end operational and financial data for large projects or programmes of work. Reporting on internal profitability, sales and revenue positions.
  • Work with internal delivery teams to understand status, issues, risks and put in place mitigation plans.
  • Plan, budget creation, management and control using a bespoke suite of programme management tools; including setting up plans, tracking progress, and reporting variances.
  • Liaise with internal Commercial and Financial Management teams to ensure that programme and corporate finances are aligned and that the Programme is delivering to target.
  • Manage internal and client stakeholder relationships.
  • Responsible for identifying and driving continuous service improvement and process automation.
Qualification
  • Experience leading as part of a project or programme management office (PMO).
  • Adept at managing complex plans and resource profiles over large programmes of work.
  • Strong commercial awareness and financial acumen.
  • Experience of data analytics and tooling e.g. Power BI.
  • Experience in driving process automation and continuous service improvement.
  • Exceptional communication skills - including verbal, written, and presenting to groups.
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to coach and mentor as part of a large team.
  • A keen interest in technology.
