A specialized HR solutions provider in the UK is seeking a Senior Project Consultant/Project Consultant to support HR system implementations. This role involves managing project schedules, configuring software based on client needs, and providing training and support. We are seeking a self-driven and motivated individual to join us as Senior Project Consultant/Project Consultant. This role offers opportunities to gain hands‑on experience in Human Resources system implementations and to continuously learn and grow in a supportive and collaborative environment. The Senior Project Consultant/Project Consultant will report to the Project Manager.
Support the implementation of Human Resources Systems, including project schedule management, system configuration, troubleshooting during implementation, and providing go‑live and post‑go‑live support.
Collaborate with clients to gather and document business requirements for system implementation.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution.
Configure software solutions to meet clients’ business and operational requirements.
Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely and effective resolutions to clients.
Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and project success.
Provide advisory support to clients on system configuration and assess alignment with applicable regulatory requirements.
Assist with system demonstrations as and when required.
Manage and respond to CRM user support tickets in a professional and customer‑focused manner.
Maintain technical documentation, user guides, and related materials.
Conduct Human Resources System training sessions to clients.
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, HumanResources, Business Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
Preferably 3–5 years of relevant working experience.
Experience in HR technology / HR systems (HRIS, payroll, talent management platforms, etc.) is required or highly preferred.
Prior hands‑on experience in implementing Human Resources System (e.g. BIPO, Prosoft, Cornerstone, Workday, etc.) would be an advantage.
Meticulous, with strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills.
Possesses a strong sense of urgency; resourceful and proactive in resolving client issues.
Strong ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure.
Strong customer service aptitude, with the ability to engage clients professionally and manage expectations.
