The Role

We are looking for a motivated Senior Product Marketer to join our growing team! Collaborating with our product, sales, and marketing teams, you will help enhance product adoption, market presence, and business revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Upgrade PMM deployment: Run an iterative messaging/positioning release process with clear stage gates, feedback loops, and tight deadlines; version control, outcomes tracked, learnings rolled forward.
  • Build adoption process: Systematize how we capture qual + quant insights to surface pains and feed the product roadmap.
  • Be the customer advocate: Turn discovery calls, CS feedback, and usage data into grounded product and GTM decisions.
  • Define success metrics: With PMs, set KPIs for key features; report rhythmically on adoption, engagement, satisfaction.
  • Ensure GTM readiness: Lead enablement that turns product changes into simple value stories for Sales, CS, Partnerships, Marketing.
  • Standardize release→GTM: With Product Ops + PMM, enforce a repeatable checklist for validation, comms, and adoption.
  • Close the loop: Create structured feedback routes between CS, PMM, Product; convert FAQs/objections/ideas into roadmap items, enablement, or docs updates.
  • Build trust in methodology: Weave education on model confidence, validation, and data transparency into onboarding + enablement.
  • Land the beta→live shift: Orchestrate transitions; capture outcomes and proof points; share learnings cross-functionally.
  • Synthesize insights: Publish concise trend reports that shape quarterly plans and messaging priorities
