Job Description

As a Senior Product Manager in the Screening team, you will be at the forefront of evolving our Screening Product and specifically leading the screening controls domain.

You’ll be doing this at a recently public company aiming for money without borders.
  • You’ll work on evolving the Screening Control Team which includes our Sanction Sanctions, PEP and Adverse Media systems and processes, contributing significantly to our mission to make screening invisible for good actors, fulfil regulatory expectations and minimise unnecessary costs.
  • You’ll build a deep understanding of the pain customers and internal users experience from the controls we have today, to ultimately help offer a faster, cheaper and more convenient product.
  • You’ll be part of a high performing team, working with your peers in wider fincrime, service platform, operations, engineering and compliance to design a world-class screening engine, controls framework and case management system.
  • You’ll report into the Product Lead for Screening, whose role is to help you find your own path to having a big impact on the Wise mission.
