Job Description:

Senior Mobile Product Manager (Remote, UK & Europe)

Want to lead mobile innovation for a major subscription disruptor?

Here’s a rare chance to take ownership of a flagship app that emphasizes cutting-edge features, user experience, and subscriber retention. The company aims to expand globally, continually improving their mobile app.

About the Company

Join a fast-growing, remote-first business at the forefront of the subscription revolution for physical goods. Backed by significant growth in the US and expanding across the UK and Europe, this creative scale-up is reshaping the customer experience for direct-to-consumer products. Fully virtual, collaborative, and passionate, it fosters ideas, ownership, and autonomy.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Drive the mobile product roadmap from vision to rollout, collaborating with data and UX specialists.
  • Define and own the mobile product strategy and roadmap for iOS and Android.
  • Lead the entire lifecycle from ideation to launch and optimization.
  • Champion mobile-first features that enhance user experience beyond web capabilities.
  • Manage user flows, onboarding, and subscription features, continuously improving UX based on insights and research.
  • Utilize analytics, A/B testing, and usability data to inform decisions.
  • Act as product owner within an agile team, managing backlog and coordinating with engineering, design, and architecture teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless subscriber journeys, working with growth, retention, and web teams.
  • Promote mobile innovations and share learnings across the organization.

What You’ll Need To Apply:

  • At least seven years’ experience in digital product management, with a focus on mobile (minimum seven years working on iOS/Android).
  • High proficiency in English communication.
  • Extensive experience in building and scaling subscription-based mobile apps, with a preference for physical goods focus; SaaS subscriptions are also considered.
  • A proven track record of improving engagement, LTV, and retention in native apps, with measurable results.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools like Mixpanel, GA4, and Amplitude, and experience designing impactful A/B tests.
  • Deep understanding of mobile UX, architecture, QA, and app store processes.
  • Ability to work effectively in a virtual, cross-functional environment across time zones.
  • Passion for combining data and intuition, with an interest in AI and emerging technologies.
  • Clear, confident English communication skills and a self-driven work ethic.

Please note, if you do not meet the required experience, especially in subscription app management, your profile may not be considered, and feedback may not be provided.
