Easol is the leading all-in-one 'experience commerce' platform built to power experience businesses including festivals, wellness retreats, food and drink, sports and adventure trips. With Easol, experience businesses have complete control to drive more direct sales, retain more revenue, own their data and run their business on their terms.
Easol has deep roots in experiences. The platform was founded by former festival founders, Lisa and Ben Simpson in 2017, after the husband and wife team endured challenges and frustrations first‑hand while setting up and growing their own experience business including Rise, Europe’s biggest Snowsports and music festival, and Beyond Adventures, a series of adventure travel experiences in remote locations such as the Sahara desert and the Swedish archipelago.
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to work alongside our two other Product Managers, and directly with the Engineering & Design org to build the future of Easol's Experience Commerce operating system. You’ll be joining our team at a key stage of growth, and be responsible for the product approach for our Music vertical.
>This isn’t a classic product role and this shouldn’t come as a surprise. We want a PM who is strategic and deeply knowledgeable of our creators' (our word for clients) needs but is also excited to build and experiment. Someone who can translate complex creator needs into scalable workflows with their team. This role is for someone who is not just comfortable with AI, but who builds with it and is able to blend strong product judgement with a practical, technical and entrepreneurial mindset.
We welcome applicants from a variety of backgrounds and experiences, including those who may have taken non‑traditional paths into product.
Key Responsibilities
- You’ll lead strategic product initiatives that support our business pillars and our aim for another year of 100% growth. Therefore, you’ll be responsible for their discovery, direction, planning, prioritisation and success.
- You’ll shape product direction in partnership with our two other product managers, engineering and design, by sharing and advocating for ideas in our prioritisation forums for upcoming initiatives.
- You’ll build a deep understanding of our creators' needs, use cases and personas, drawing on qualitative and quantitative insights to identify highest value opportunities.
- You’ll primarily operate in the Music vertical, working closely as a strategic partner with a cross‑functional group of subject matter experts including sales, marketing & customer success. It’ll be your job to ensure this vertical is represented in product prioritisation and push for new features or improvements that drive the Music vertical’s success.
- You’ll also step beyond the Music vertical as needed, helping plan and deliver meaningful value to our creators through relevant product campaigns.
- You’ll spend time directly with creators, navigating ambiguity and exploring opportunities for the platform to further improve their business (including both for their use of the platform, and for the end‑customer experience).
- You’ll use AI thoughtfully, running lightweight experiments, prototyping early ideas and helping the team understand where AI can transform workflows, reduce complexity or open up new opportunities, before committing engineering time.
- You’ll bring sound judgement to when AI is the right tool and when it isn’t. Ensuring we design workflows that enhance rather than burden our creators.
Experience
- You have 5+ years of experience as a PM in a startup or scale‑up SaaS environment where working with intent, clarity and good judgement were essential.
- You have hands‑on experience shipping AI‑powered functionality, with a practical understanding of how applied AI techniques behave in real workflows.
- You’ve led cross‑functional groups of engineers, designers and go‑to‑market partners to deliver tangible outcomes, not just manage a backlog.
- You have a track record of launching impactful products and improvements. Ideally with examples of moving a core metric, simplifying a workflow or strengthening product market fit.
- You’re comfortable analysing data independently, using tools like PostHog to size opportunities, validate assumptions and understand user behaviour.
- You’re confident running qualitative research sessions and turning insights into action.
- You communicate clearly across technical and non‑technical audiences and create alignment without relying on authority.
About You
- You have confidence in your ideas and approaches and can articulate them clearly, while remaining open to new information and perspectives - you have a low ego.
- You're very curious and motivated by exploring what's possible, especially with emerging technologies like AI.
- You are customer‑driven and think deeply about designing workflows and systems that scale.
- You are process‑oriented and always show meticulous attention to detail but also know when the process gets in the way of value and momentum.
- You collaborate instinctively. You actively listen and are compassionate, friendly and always seeks to empower others and learn from others.
- You work with intention. You organise your time, you handle ambiguity in your stride and you keep your focus on what matters most.
- You’re comfortable with technical concepts, even if you don’t write code. You enjoy learning how things work.
- Please note: We don't expect you to meet every single requirement. If you're excited about the role and believe your experience would help you succeed, we encourage you to apply.
Who this role might not be for
- You need very clear instructions before you can make progress.
- You're uncomfortable with ambiguity or switching gears when priorities change.
- You prefer maintaining processes over solving problems.
- You see yourself as more a project manager than a product thinker.
- You don't enjoy close collaboration.
Benefits & Perks
- You’ll have real visibility of what's happening in the business. We have bi‑monthly company meetings, where we all get together to discuss our wins, learning opportunities, our goals and direction.
- There is an open forum for you to have your say in what we do and how we do it. We empower our team to share their ideas - no egos here!
- You’ll have access to our incredible perks, such as a ‘work from anywhere’, where you can travel to a destination of choice and work remotely for up to 3 weeks a year, utilise our ‘Thrive’ allowance to pay for massages, gym classes, gigs or anything that helps you thrive!
- We have Vitality healthcare, inclusive of optical, dental & audiological care.
- In addition to that, we offer a monthly contribution towards your mobile phone contract, an annual personal development budget and support to choose your own equipment and a lot more!
- You’ll have 33 days of holidays, inclusive of public holidays.
- Employees of all backgrounds and physical abilities will be supported by us in every way possible to thrive.
