A leading health insurance provider is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the global product portfolio across key regions. You will define strategies, lead a team, and ensure compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in managing complex product portfolios and a strong commercial acumen. This role includes a competitive salary of £75k - £85k and a 10% bonus, alongside fantastic benefits including a wellness program and flexible working options.

In this critical leadership role, you’ll be accountable for shaping and driving our global IPMI product portfolio across four key regions. You’ll ensure our products continue to meet the evolving needs of target customers, deliver exceptional experiences, and achieve strong commercial performance. Leading a team of Product Managers, you will define and implement local product proposition strategies that align to a coordinated global vision — enabling growth, innovation, and competitive differentiation
