You'll work alongside engineering, commercial teams, operations, and senior leaders to understand user requirements, assess new opportunities, adjust priorities, and steer impactful features from early discovery all the way through to release.

To succeed, you'll bring strong product judgement, clear communication skills, and the ability to turn genuine customer insight into practical, strategic decisions.

Product Strategy & Roadmapping

  • Take ownership of the roadmap within your area and sequence priorities based on value and impact.
  • Produce business cases for new concepts, features, and growth ideas.
  • Align closely with engineering, design, sales, and leadership teams.
  • Produce detailed, well-explained requirements for developers and stakeholders.

SaaS Delivery & Execution

  • Oversee features from initial exploration through to deployment and customer adoption.
  • Work with engineering to verify feasibility, clarify expectations, and support smooth delivery.
  • Conduct user tests, run beta programmes, and analyse structured feedback.
  • Support the development of launch plans and go-to-market activity.

Commercial & Product Outcomes

  • Review product performance metrics, behavioural data, and customer insight.
  • Convert findings into improvement plans that boost adoption, retention, and commercial success.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to enhance user onboarding and product engagement.
  • Contribute to shaping product-market fit and long-term business results.

  • Represent the product both inside the organisation and when speaking externally.

  • Demonstrated ability to own, shape, and deliver meaningful product features.
  • Commercial awareness with experience monitoring KPIs and success metrics.
  • Confident in agile, cross-functional collaboration.
