Job description
What you will be doing

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join the LTX Studio, our newest and first AI-lead product.
As a Senior Designer, you will take full ownership of complex features, influence product direction, and design experiences that push the boundaries of what AI can enable in storytelling and video creation.

You’ll lead design initiatives from ideation to pixel-perfect implementation, collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, Research, and fellow Designers to bring LTX Studio to life.

If you thrive in ambiguous environments, love solving challenging UX problems, and want to help define a new creative category – this one’s for you.

  • Lead the design of end-to-end product experiences – from user flows and wireframes to prototypes and developer-ready designs.
  • Own and drive design strategy in close collaboration with Product and Engineering, making thoughtful trade-offs based on impact, scope, and effort.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and continuously improve the user experience.
  • Elevate our visual and interaction design standards through craft, systems thinking, and deep attention to detail.
  • Mentor and support other designers, providing thoughtful feedback and fostering a collaborative, high-performing design culture.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously integrate new ideas and tools (including AI) into your design process.
Your skills and experience
  • 4+ years of experience designing digital products, preferably complex tools or platforms with a strong UX component.
  • Proven experience owning large product areas and driving end-to-end design processes.
  • A portfolio showcasing excellent interaction design, product thinking, and attention to detail.
  • Experience working closely with cross-functional teams in fast-paced, iterative environments.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate your thinking and rationale.
  • Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with design systems and prototyping tools.
  • Passion for creative tools, AI, storytelling, and content creation is a big plus.
  • Experience working on 0→1 product initiatives or early-stage features – an advantage.
Benefits
  • Stock Options.
  • Private Medical Insurance (Optical & Dental cover) including your loved ones.
  • Life Assurance.
  • £3,000p/a Transport Allowance.
  • £750p/a allowance for Wellbeing & Professional Development.
  • Free on-site breakfast, lunches, coffee & snacks.
  • Pension Contributions (7%).
  • Holiday (25 days).
  • Seasonal & Anniversary Vouchers.
  • Hybrid & Flexible working.
  • Central London office space.
  • Enhanced Parental Leave.
  • Cycle-to-work Scheme.
  • Season Ticket Loan.
  • Volunteering Opportunities.
  • Frequent social activities - away-days, happy hours, team building, yoga, creative workshops.
