We’re proud to be leading the online gifting revolution, with brilliant products, clever tech and a whole lot of heart. Our platform makes it easy to create moments that matter – packed with personal touches and delivered with care.

We’re not just about selling cards or gifts – we’re here to spread joy, spark smiles and make every celebration feel extra special. And with values that guide how we work and support one another, we’ve built a place where people (and ideas) can truly thrive.

If you’re looking to make an impact, bring your spark and be part of something meaningful – we’d love to have you on the team. 🌙🐷

As a Senior Product Designer at Moonpig, you’ll play a critical role in shaping high-quality, emotionally resonant digital experiences across our responsive web platform and native mobile apps. You’ll help raise the bar for design craft and user experience across our digital ecosystem, ensuring customer journeys are intuitive, efficient, delightful, and aligned to both user needs and business goals.

Working closely with product managers, engineers, researchers and data partners, you’ll operate with a high degree of autonomy across strategy and execution. You’ll influence how our brand shows up across digital touchpoints, contribute to the evolution of our design system, and help millions of customers express care and emotion through beautifully designed products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and deliver end‑to‑end customer journeys across responsive web and native app experiences
  • Raise the quality of user experience and design craft through strong interaction design and visual execution
  • Explore and develop ideas through conceptualisation, prototyping and iterative testing, from early vision to final delivery
  • Design with an AI‑informed mindset, using AI tools to accelerate exploration, generate options and support design workflows
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, analysts and other designers to bring ideas to life
  • Contribute to and evolve the Moonpig design system to ensure consistency, scalability and quality
  • Champion design quality across teams through critique, facilitation and thought leadership
  • Balance strategic thinking with pixel-level craft in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
About You
  • Ideally have 6+ years’ experience in end‑to‑end product design
  • You bring deep expertise in responsive web and native app design
  • You demonstrate outstanding craft in UI and interaction design
  • You have strong skills in information architecture, user flows, interactions and visual systems
  • Ideally you're AI‑literate, or have an AI‑curious mindset, with experience using AI tools for conceptualisation, production or optimisation
  • You make confident design decisions informed by qualitative and quantitative data
  • You're comfortable partnering with researchers or conducting light research independently
  • You communicate clearly and can influence senior stakeholders with strong design rationale
  • You've worked collaboratively in cross‑functional product teams
  • You're highly proficient in Figma and experienced working within a mature design system
