As we are rapidly growing we are looking for a Product Designer to join our Product Design team. You’ll help us to improve our current products and features and get a chance to create new ones that will make us better than ever. What You Will Be Doing:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business goals into unique product experiences.
• Work closely with engineering, product management, and company leaders to take products from concept to launch.
• Deliver detailed wireframes, user flows, functional specification documentation and other artifacts to agile development teams and refine as needed during project sprints.
• Understand our customers by leveraging qualitative and quantitative data and serve as their advocate when making design decisions.
• Stay updated with new technologies, industry, and design trends and demonstrate a passion for learning.

About You:

• 5+ years as a Product or UI/UX Designer in SaaS products or startups. (Additional advantage: work experience in the fintech industry).
• Strong portfolio that showcases deep interaction and problem-solving skills.
• Strong level of spoken and written English (You will be working in a multi-lingual product team).
• A passionate energy for great design and amplifying our team culture.
• Experience creating and using design systems.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments.
• Meticulous attention to detail and an excellent understanding of design principles.

• Formed design system - We use a design system in our work, not just a UI kit. This means that every component in it is synchronised with the development team and implemented on their side. Design tokens allow us to speak the same language and make the use of the system design flexible, avoiding problems and wasted time.
