Senior Product Designer | PropTech | £65–75k + Bonus | Hybrid (London)

A fast-scaling PropTech with 400K+ monthly visits is looking for a talented Senior Product Designer / Product Designer to own the digital transformation to a new internally built web app which will reinvent how landlords, tenants, and agents navigate their property journey.

Location: London (Hybrid, 3 days/week)

Reporting to the CPTO, the Senior Product Designer / Product Designer will have a rare opportunity to design from the ground up; a developer-friendly design system and user-centric web app to form a connected and intuitive digital experience.

The Senior Product Designer / Product Designer will:

Own the design roadmap of a new web app.

Build a scalable, developer-friendly design system and drive strong adoption across engineering.

Provide accessible UI and onboarding flows that reduce friction and support needs.

Flex between individual contributor and team lead, managing contract design talent as needed.

Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing and Ops to ensure consistent, high-quality digital experiences.

The Senior Product Designer / Product Designer must:

Come from a B2C / B2B2C environment, marketplaces, regulated industries or KYC environments would be beneficial.

Have a strong portfolio of user-first, accessible work.

Proven ability to lead UX research and ship polished, scalable design systems.

Strong visual craft with a bias toward simplicity, usability, and elegant interface design.

Experience in fast-paced, scaling environments (multi-brand or high-acquisition environments are a plus).

Comfortable flexing between hands-on design and managing/mentoring contract or remote talent.
