Overview

Senior Product Delivery Associate in the JPMC Assistant team, responsible for enabling the delivery of Agentic AI products in a stable and scalable way. You will work with cross-functional teams, build key relationships, and enable the product to continuously deliver value. You will organize project deliverables and activities in accordance with the strategic direction and goals of the organization, evaluate methods to assess program strengths and identify areas of improvements, produce accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle, and analyze program risks.

Responsibilities
  • Supports delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while highlighting opportunities to improve efficiencies.
  • Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to engage stakeholders and cross-functional partners to manage dependencies and timelines.
  • Collaborate with the JPMC Assistant Product Manager and Engineering Lead to define user requirements, stories, and value realization.
  • Facilitate product planning sessions and Agile ceremonies, contribute ideas and insights, and assist in the execution of product initiatives, ensuring timely and successful feature delivery.
  • Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources.
  • Assist with the planning and delivery of the strategic product roadmap through collaboration with various stakeholders across different functions including external vendors.
  • Tracks and communicates team progress as it relates to the agreed-upon plan.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area.
  • Possesses a deep understanding of delivery with a demonstrated history of successfully implementing continuous improvement processes.
  • Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of product development lifecycle stages, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in facilitating group discussions, decision-making processes, and collaborative activities within teams to achieve product goals.
  • Showcases proficiency in agile delivery and agile approaches.
  • Proficient with MS Office applications (Excel/PowerPoint) and Jira, Jira Align and Confluence.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and build strong relationships.
  • Ability to work within a highly complex environment, adapt to change, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
