What we need!
We are looking for a Sr. Producer to supervise marketing AV production at our London location. As a Sr. Producer you would oversee and coordinate all aspects of marketing finishing, including footage acquisition, conform, colour, VFX, graphics, mix, client approval and final deliverables. Our ideal candidate would have the ability to work as part of a team spanning many disciplines, but also thrive as an independent, proactive problem solver. Excellent client facing communication skills and attention to detail are crucial in this role, as is the ability to organise complex, rapidly changing projects that span multiple teams. What we’re looking for, from you!
Client & Project Management
- Direct Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for studio executives, filmmakers, and agencies to coordinate the successful finishing and delivery of marketing A/V pieces.
- Expectation Management: Align internal teams and clients by communicating project timelines, workflows, approval procedures, and milestones from onset to delivery.
- Seamless Delivery: Design and manage comprehensive project schedules, ensuring a timely, accurate, and positive client experience throughout the finishing process.
- Session Facilitation: Lead client-supervised edit, mix, and colour sessions, managing both creative talent and client expectations during the process.
Operational Oversight & Quality Control
- Production Leadership: Oversee and prioritize the workload of editors, mixers, colourists, and VFX teams, troubleshooting complications to ensure all deadlines are met.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of excellence by reviewing final online, colour, and mix assets and overseeing a rigorous QC process on all masters.
- Workflow Innovation: Collaborate with local and global teams to establish, test, and implement new workflows or platforms, subsequently training team members on these updates.
- Resource Coordination: Organize pre-production meetings and assess delivery requirements to ensure all internal parties are aligned on technical specifications and milestones.
Financial & Commercial Responsibility
- Budgetary Oversight: Create cost estimates and bids in collaboration with Regional and Global heads, communicating budget changes and overtime needs to all stakeholders.
- Financial Administration: Track billable and non-billable time, finalize project accounts, and approve pre-bills for client submission.
- Strategic Support: Assist the Head of Region with financial and production reporting and provide leadership coverage in their absence.
What Experience we’re looking for!
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a producer or associate producer in a marketing post‑production facility specialising in Trailer, TV Spot and Promo finishing.
- Experience working in both Finishing and Localisation environments.
- Experience working collaboratively with Editors, Sound Mixers, Colourists, Graphic Artists and support teams.
- Experience in global environments and workflows.
- A track record of approaching new projects and challenges with a sense of ownership and willingness to assist peers.
Technical Proficiency
- End-to-End Production Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of the full production pipeline, from pre-production through finishing, with the ability to accurately estimate time requirements for complex tasks.
- Workflows & Standards: Expert knowledge of HD and UHD workflows, including online editing, colour correction, graphics creation, and global broadcast standards.
- Industry Toolset: Proficiency in industry-standard hardware and software, specifically Flame, Resolve, and Premiere.
Project & People Leadership
- Global Client Management: Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to interface with clients on a global scale and manage diverse internal production teams.
- Collaborative Relationship Building: Ability to foster strong working relationships and lead teams effectively within a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
- Agile Prioritisation: Demonstrated flexibility in evaluating and reprioritising rapidly changing client needs while consistently delivering under tight deadlines.
