Senior Procurement Officer – Head Office, Whitchurch

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior Procurement Officer to join our Head Office team in Whitchurch. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong procurement knowledge who is looking to further develop their skills in a fast-paced organisation.

You will be responsible for supporting and leading the organisation’s purchasing activities, ensuring goods and services are sourced in a timely, cost-effective, and ethical manner. Working closely with internal departments and external suppliers, you will oversee tendering processes, negotiate contracts, manage supplier relationships, and ensure full compliance with procurement policies and regulations. The role also involves analysing spend, identifying cost-saving opportunities, managing procurement risks, and preparing accurate documentation and reports.

You will also support project work and help develop procurement processes across the 31 Springcare locations. As this role involves visiting our services when required, a full driving licence is essential.
