Overview

Chartered Chemical Engineer on a 6 month contract. Degree-qualified BSc or equivalent engineer with proven process/manufacturing experience.

Outside IR35 - day rate negotiable - experience dependant. Mid October start - full time on site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Process Engineering function and be responsible for the design, implementation, control, and optimisation of industrial processes to enhance safety, efficiency, productivity, and sustainability.
• Focus on commissioning and validation of 2 distillation columns, and ensure compliance within a manufacturing environment.
• Apply practical and theoretical knowledge of the chemical process, control, and safety systems.
• Lead HAZOPs, FMEA, and other risk assessment processes.
