A leading engineering technology firm is seeking a Senior Process Development Engineer to join their new product introduction team. The successful candidate will design, develop, and introduce innovative assembly processes. Key qualifications include an HNC in a related discipline and experience in precision assembly. The role supports hybrid working, emphasizing a balance of onsite and remote work, alongside a comprehensive benefits package including a pension and bonus scheme.
Location: Miskin, CF72 8XY. Hybrid working: 4 days per week onsite, 1 day working from home.

In our AM Division, we design and manufacture AM turn‑key solutions based on a process called metal powder bed fusion (or laser melting). We’re looking to recruit a Senior Process Development Engineer to work within the new product introduction team (NPI). The role will focus on the design, development and introduction of innovative, capable and effective assembly processes for new and existing products.
Person specification
As a Senior Process Development Engineer at Renishaw, you’ll have a technical background with the ability and initiative to apply innovation to process design and development with an aptitude for problem solving. You’ll show enthusiasm and commitment to deliver challenging projects against targets and timescales. Your interpersonal and organisational skills, capability to plan and manage your own time and projects will help you meet these expectations.
