Job summary

A respected law firm in Kettering is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to manage a diverse caseload and provide high-quality client care. You will work with elderly and vulnerable clients, delivering expert advice on matters such as Probate and Wills. The role offers a competitive salary, a friendly team environment, and opportunities for long-term career progression. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:45-13:00 and 13:45-17:00.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in Private Client work is preferred.
• Professional and organized approach with ability to work independently.
• Valid driving license preferred due to home visits.

Responsibilities

• Managing a diverse caseload of Private Client matters.
• Providing high-quality advice on Probate, Estate Administration, Wills, Trusts.
• Liaising with executors, trustees, and beneficiaries.
