Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' experience at Band 5.
• Experience of setting, monitoring and evaluating standards of care.
• Working knowledge of current issues/agendas facing prison/offender healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality clinical care within the Integrated Healthcare Service for the prison.
• Support development of evidence-based practice and promote research.
• Work collaboratively with the Clinical Lead, GPs, and other clinicians.

Skills

Good written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage complex & challenging behaviour

Education

Registered NMC Qualification (RGN)

Post Graduate Qualification or equivalent experience
